Welcome to AI Payroll
AI Payroll is an online system that helps your company pay staff correctly and on time. It keeps your employee records, works out salaries, deductions and statutory contributions (such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS and tax), handles leave and claims, and produces payslips and the forms you need to submit to the authorities.
This manual is written for everyday users — HR staff, payroll officers, and managers. You do not need any technical knowledge to follow it. Every task is explained in plain language, step by step.
