Requests
A request is a general ask from a staff member that needs someone's approval, but is not a leave or a claim. For example: a request to update personal details, a letter request, or any custom process your company sets up.

- Start a new request.
- Choose the request type.
- Fill in the details and attach a document if needed.

- Review the details.
- Click Approve or Reject, adding a comment if helpful.
tip
Requests are a flexible way to handle the small approvals that don't fit anywhere else. Create a request type for any process you currently handle by email — it keeps everything in one place with a clear record.
