Past Payroll

Every payroll run you finalise is saved. The Past Payroll page is your history — use it to look back at previous months, reprint payslips, or check what was paid.

To open it, click Payroll → Past Payroll in the menu.

What you can do here

  • Browse previous runs by period.
  • Open a run to see the full results for that period.
  • Reprint payslips for any past period.
  • Re-generate reports and forms from a past run if you need another copy.

Looking at one run

Click a run to open it. You will see the list of employees paid in that period and their figures. Click an employee to see the detailed breakdown of their pay for that run.

tip

If a staff member asks for an old payslip, you don't need to re-run anything — just open the relevant period in Past Payroll and print it again.

note

Past runs are kept as a permanent record. This is important for audits and for any questions from the authorities, so the history is not normally changed or deleted.
