Reports Overview
After you run payroll, the Reports area is where you produce everything you need to give out or submit: payslips for staff, the bank file to pay salaries, summaries for yourself, and the official forms for the authorities.
To open it, click Report → Report Hub in the menu, then choose the report you need.
Reports you'll use most
These are the everyday reports. Each has its own page in this manual explaining what it is and how to use it:

How to produce any report
The steps are the same for every report:
- Click Report → Report Hub.
- Choose the report you want.
- Set the options — usually the period (month or year), and sometimes a branch or specific employees.
- Preview it on screen.
- Download or print it.
Most reports can be saved as a PDF to print or email, and many can also be saved as an Excel file.
You can produce reports for past periods at any time — you don't need to re-run payroll. Just pick the period you want.
The exact list of reports you can see depends on your company's needs and your access rights.
