Payroll Setup
Payroll Setup holds the settings that control how pay is calculated. You usually set these up once when your company starts using the system, then only change them now and then. Open it from Payroll Setup in the menu.

About the rates (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
The contribution rates set by the authorities are already built into the system and kept up to date. In most cases you do not need to change them — the system applies the correct rate automatically when you run payroll.
Only change the rates if you are certain of the correct figures, for example following an official change announced by the authority. Wrong rates lead to wrong contributions for everyone.
Set up Wages, Frequency, Allowances, Deductions and Payment Method early. With these in place, running payroll each month becomes quick and consistent.
These pages are usually managed by an administrator or senior payroll officer. If you cannot see them, you may not have permission — that is normal for most everyday users.
